Gettin' Crafty!

Got the knitting bug and found a pattern for this cute KNITTED BROOCH in Better Homes and Gardens, May 2013.  It's a pressie for my hubby's Nan who is the knitter in the family - might just have to make one for me too! 

Loving my new puppy as a Scrapbooking Subject!

Finally finished a double layout of Freddy boy!  

I went with a pink rose theme from the photograph, then used some Glossy Accents to complete the roses with some tiny dew drops.  Love it!

Beating the Holiday Boredom...

I added some cheap plastic craft strings to our holiday craft box, and the kids loved turning them into friendship bracelets and belts.  Then we used them for whips.  Nice...

Pom Pom Creatures

$4 for some pom pom looms, and some bright wool and googly eyes and we created these little guys!  The kids loved making the pom poms from scratch!  Cute.
